Shipping & Returns Policy

We normally ship online order through USPS or UPS and offer a flat shipping rate for orders shipped domestically. 

Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 48 hours, unless placing a custom order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped including tracking information.

Please note: We ship online purchases from our physical store, so it is possible that some items are sold-out while still listed as available online. We will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund for those items right away. 

We also offer local delivery and a in-store pick-up option at checkout.

Returns will be accepted within 5 days of original purchase date and credit will be given in the original form of payment. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered and original tags must be attached. All Accessories must be in their original box. All sale, swimwear, undergarments, custom & personalized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please Note: Original shipping charge will not be refunded. An additional handling charge of 15% may be applied in certain cases.

To return a product please email us for a return approval and we will provide an RA# and return address. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with any concerns or issues.
